Role Description
This role involves coordinating the overall Solutions Design process to ensure clinical protocols are mapped to software solutions efficiently and accurately.
- In-depth knowledge of Medable's software, technology, and processes to guide clients in using Medable's platform.
- Develop and communicate design best practices.
- Participate in providing input related to Sales to Service, Kick-Off, Solutions Overview, Specification Review, and Software Review.
- Develop supporting documentation to streamline software design and configuration.
- Lead and execute the end-to-end technical implementation of Medable’s products for customer accounts, including configuration and customization.
- Conduct technical testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage technical implementation releases, including timelines, technical milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet technical and customer expectations.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the product organization by providing actionable technical insights, feedback, and feature requests.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate technical customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Act as the link between customers and Medable’s product development team.
- Collaborate with product team to scope additional product features and product roadmap.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, including creating and reviewing technical design documentation.
- Support technical training and onboarding to customers for successful product launches and adoption.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical experience in technical implementation, product management, solution design, or a related role.
- Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols and clinical data models.
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation of client requirements and solution design.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation of software.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial domains, specifically: eCOA, ePRO, EDC, DCT.
- Proven experience in client relations and interactions with clients at all levels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
- Strong technical understanding of SDLC.
- Exceptional customer-facing and technical communication skills.
- Proven ability to gather and articulate technical customer requirements.
- Excellent technical project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in app publication process.
- Knowledge of Git, Confluence, Postman, Terminal (command line).
- Strong project management skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
- Good time-management skills.
Education, Certifications, Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
