Role Description
The Clinical Analyst is responsible for working to support, configure and manage the enterprise clinical applications that support this ecosystem which includes athenahealth, our portal, MDScripts and others as needed.
- Evaluate the needs of our clinical staff and work together with Enterprise Medical and Central Operations to resolve and build new workflows as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader team to understand business requirements, receive assigned work, and proceed with configuration within the applicable tool.
- Support the Clinical Applications team members with training, oversight and team building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years of experience as an administrator or analyst within Athena Health EHR or other electronic Health Record Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and processes within a Primary Care setting.
- Experience working with various SaaS solutions.
- Experience with collaborative architecture using multiple cloud platforms in an integrated manner.
