Role Description

This role involves providing expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function, then designing and delivering training solutions. It impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning and execution.

• Work integrally with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate, and deliver training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers.
• Serve as content developer, trainer, and registrar.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• Understand key business drivers and how the work of the team integrates with other teams.
• Propose different solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
• Utilize technical skills and analytic thinking to solve problems.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in Services & Services Learning Delivery; knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine, OB/Gyn, and Fetal Echo).
