As a Climate and Decarbonization Strategy Associate in the Climate Corps Fellowship program, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful climate resiliency initiatives with JLL. This is a fully remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the US.

In this role, you’ll:

• Play a crucial role at the forefront of corporate sustainability, helping major corporate and investor clients measure and manage the energy performance of their real estate portfolios.
• Dive deep with JLL's energy auditing team, transforming complex data into actionable decarbonization roadmaps that guide properties toward a net-zero future.
• Strengthen your data analytics and sustainability expertise, grow your network, and contribute to meaningful emissions reduction across complex building portfolios.

Qualifications

• Engineering, math, environmental science, or other related background.
• Data management and analytics experience.
• Passionate about working towards a sustainable future.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and be a team player.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work.
• Proactive in asking questions and comfortable working independently.
• Possess strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.

• Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the fellowship (SEI is unable to sponsor visas).
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Requirements

• May require occasional moving about to accomplish tasks, moving from one worksite to another, or adjusting or moving objects under 25-50 pounds in all directions.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with commercial building regulations in the US.
• Experience with commercial real estate.
• Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple real estate asset types.
• Demonstrated experience in technical data analysis and/or engineering delivery, and presentation delivery.
