Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Management Intern to join our Client Success and Account Management team. During the internship, the intern will conduct a continuous analysis of our short-form clip content library for a product rollout. This will involve:
- Evaluating the current state of our collection
- Pinpointing content gaps
- Identifying opportunities for existing partners to enhance their offerings based on content needs
- Using insights to identify new partners and collaborate with the sales team on lead generation
- Tracking progress of agreements
At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will present their findings, highlighting:
- Results of leads generated
- Agreements made
- Any new content added to the library
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest and basic knowledge of new media technology including video streaming platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Comfortable working with clients and internal teams
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to team success
