[Hiring] Client Services Liaison, Principal @ARC

Role Description

The Client Services Liaison, Principal/ADRC 2 is responsible for supervising an ADRC (Aging & Disability Resource Connection) team and is expected to be the subject matter expert on EDWP (Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program) to include but not limited to EDWP intake and screening functions; state policy and procedure; the EDWP Provider Network; and general program requirements and trends.

• Work with the Access to Services Unit Manager to identify program priorities, trends, outcomes, and sustainable program models.
• Assign work related to the function of EDWP intake as part of the broader ADRC to include referrals, screenings, client calls, web intakes, etc.
• Monitor quality and completion of work assigned to the team.
• Coordinate aspects of quality assurance activities, quality of care reviews, records, call data, and report reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships, identify new program opportunities to address emerging issues, and improve access to services.
• Supervise staff including conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, and implementing hiring, discipline, and termination procedures.
• Stay abreast of legislation, rules, regulations, and emerging/best practices.
• Assist with the development and updates of policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Prepare reports and documents.
• Gather and analyze data.
• Manage core functions of the ADRC team; develops new strategies and initiatives.
• Develop, update, and implement operating policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
• Perform other duties assigned to support agency goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, human services, counseling or psychology.
• Three years of related counseling client advocacy, information/referral or related program administration experience.
• OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
