Role Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Handler in Dublin. As a Claims Handler, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional claims service on behalf of leading insurers, managing claims from first notification through to settlement.

• Provide a high-quality customer experience, ensuring every claim is handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
• Work within a collaborative and supportive team, taking ownership of a portfolio of claims.
• Use knowledge and judgement to assess information, provide guidance on policy cover, and progress claims to a fair and timely resolution.
• Communicate directly with customers, insurer representatives, and other stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Maintain professional development and work towards recognised insurance qualifications.
• Support the Team Leader when required, contributing to a high-performing team environment.

• APA Qualification – APA qualified with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Claims Knowledge – Strong understanding of claims handling and insurance processes.
