Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claims (Section A).
• Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick.
• Negotiation skills and good communicator.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written.

Requirements

• Investigate, assess damages and settle claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in motor vehicle claims.
• Provide timely customer service.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of your team's claims handling processes.
• Investigate, assess damages and settle claims for accident benefits claim (Section B) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
• Participate in mediation in judicial cases and act as a representative.
• When needed, initiate recoveries in claims requiring it.
