[Hiring] Claims Adjuster @Alan Gray LLC

Role Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in our company's success by accurately and efficiently managing the claims process from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

• Investigating insurance claims, evaluating coverage and damages.
• Negotiating settlements and ensuring a smooth and fair resolution for all parties involved.
• Working closely with clients, policyholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.
• Utilizing exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively document and assess each claim.

This can be a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a range of General Liability losses spanning everything from trip & fall to employers liability and occupational disease, plus Property Liability including but not limited to both first party and third party seepage & pollution liabilities.
• Flexible approach and a willingness to diversify and expand knowledge creating an ability to handle a variety of losses.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well with external parties as well as co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with current Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
• Adjuster licenses in multiple states would be desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of claims handling experience.
