[Hiring] CIAM Technical Lead @GlobalLogic

Role Description

Our client is a global technology company building and operating a modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform to deliver secure, scalable, and seamless authentication experiences for millions of users. The project focuses on implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade identity services, including:

• Authentication
• Authorization
• SSO
• MFA
• Passwordless authentication
• Identity journeys
• Policy management using Ping Identity solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity (PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, PingAM)
• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and authentication protocols
• Experience designing MFA, passwordless authentication, and customer identity journeys
• Strong knowledge of policy configuration and access management
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and JSON
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and federation issues
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Requirements

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and configuration of the CIAM platform
• Own the engineering roadmap for Ping Identity solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Design and optimize authentication journeys, SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication flows
• Configure and maintain identity policies, access controls, and authorization rules
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CIAM engineers
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to define identity solutions
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues
• Review solution designs, configurations, and code to ensure security and best practices
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code adoption where applicable
• Support production incidents and continuous platform improvements
