Role Description
This role is instrumental in equipping churches and similar entities (schools, pregnancy resource centers, etc.) with Live Action’s content and curriculum, with the goal of transforming public opinion on abortion and mobilizing pro-life activism. The Church Engagement Manager will develop and execute strategies to ensure that pro-life churches nationwide regularly engage with Live Action’s resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and educators to expand the reach of Live Action’s content.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Live Action’s curriculum and resources to churches and related organizations.
- Recruit, train, and oversee ambassadors to help distribute and implement Live Action’s curriculum.
- Equip pastors, church leaders, and educators with the tools and training needed to effectively use Live Action’s materials.
- Establish ongoing relationships with church leaders and organizations, ensuring long-term engagement and impact.
- Track curriculum adoption and program effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to improve outreach efforts.
- Plan and execute an annual event designed to train pastors and ministry leaders in using Live Action’s content and connect them with the broader pro-life movement.
- Develop and analyze surveys to measure curriculum effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Ministry, Education, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in church engagement, ministry leadership, or educational program management.
- Proven track record in outreach, partnership development, or program expansion.
- Experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Deep commitment to Live Action’s mission and pro-life advocacy.
