[Hiring] Chief of Staff to the CEO @Panorama Education

Role Description

As Chief of Staff, you will play a central role in building Panorama. In partnership with the CEO and the Executive Team, you will help translate our ambitious vision and goals into clear strategy, strong execution, and rigorous operations across the business. You'll take on hard, ambiguous problems that matter for our future and figure out how to solve them; you'll lead important growth initiatives that change the trajectory of Panorama. You'll provide critical support and staffing to Panorama's CEO, enabling him to focus his time and energy where it will have the greatest impact for the business.

On any given day you will:

• Work through competing priorities.
• Decide what is urgent and what is not.
• Manage unforeseen challenges.
• Navigate complex relationships.
• Operate as the CEO's proxy in key decisions.
• Collaborate and partner across Panorama.

This role requires an operator mindset, curiosity, a hunger for learning, complex problem solving, influence, emotional intelligence, and exceptional judgment and communication skills. Qualifications

• K-12 education experience or high-growth technology startup experience (a bonus if you bring both).
• 6+ years of experience in chief of staff, strategy, operations, management consulting, and/or banking roles, or a directly comparable role supporting senior executive leadership.
• Exceptional written and oral/presentation skills at the executive level.
• Deep commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, drive decisions, and deliver results without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Experience designing and running operating cadences.
• Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a complex domain.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Passionate about improving education for every student.
• Preferred: strong experience using and building AI agents.

Requirements

• Run the Operating System: Design and run the rhythms that keep the Executive Team aligned, accountable, and moving at speed.
• Staff the CEO: Help the CEO focus on the work that matters most and ensure he is prepared for external meetings.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact initiatives that open up new growth or fix operational issues.
• Write in the CEO's Voice: Prepare team meeting talking points, investor updates, and board materials.
• See & Act on Organizational Signals: Understand the pulse of the organization and provide insights to the CEO.
• Thought Partner to Leaders Across Panorama: Be a strong thought partner to the Executive Team and senior leaders.
