Role Description

Micro1 is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CRO across strategy, operations and execution. Responsibilities include:

• Executive priorities and briefings
• Cross-functional initiatives
• Process improvements
• KPI reporting
• Presentations and internal communications
• Research and recommendations
• Ownership of ambiguous initiatives
• Practical use of AI tools and automation

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, business operations, management consulting, revenue operations or a similar field
• Strong analysis and business judgment
• Delivery of complex initiatives
• Senior stakeholder communication
• Hands-on AI and automation experience
• Initiative and attention to detail
• C-level support
• High-growth AI or SaaS experience
• Go-to-market and CRM knowledge
• Dashboard building and founder-office experience are advantages

• Base salary of US$80,000–US$120,000/year
