This role requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, solving complex operational challenges, and driving flawless execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, healthcare operations, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives.
  • Experience working directly with a CEO or executive leadership team in a complex, high-growth organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve business processes and executive productivity.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO, ensuring executive focus remains on the organization’s highest-value priorities.
  • Manage executive priorities by coordinating decisions, tracking commitments, and ensuring timely execution of follow-up actions.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues before they require executive intervention.
  • Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer meetings, investor discussions, and other strategic engagements.
  • Continuously improve executive workflows by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology to increase productivity.
  • Own and continuously improve the Executive Leadership Team’s operating cadence.
  • Develop executive meeting agendas, pre-read materials, action logs, decision trackers, and governance processes.
  • Ensure accountability for enterprise commitments through disciplined follow-up and progress tracking.
  • Connect priorities across business units and corporate functions to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across the executive team while promoting transparency, alignment, and shared accountability.
  • Translate executive priorities into actionable workplans with defined milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple business units or lack a natural organizational owner.
  • Partner with senior leaders to remove execution barriers and accelerate enterprise priorities.
  • Develop executive dashboards and progress reports that provide visibility into strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
  • Support annual strategic planning and enterprise prioritization activities.
  • Coordinate enterprise transformation initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Maintain executive project plans, governance documentation, milestone tracking, dependency management, and decision logs.
  • Support organizational redesign, business integration, and enterprise change management initiatives.
  • Ensure transformation efforts remain aligned with Mosaic Health’s strategic objectives and value creation plan.
  • Develop polished executive presentations, Board materials, sponsor updates, and strategic communications.
  • Improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of executive messaging across internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate responses to Board members, investors, and private equity sponsors.
  • Ensure executives are equipped with high-quality materials that enable informed decision-making and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, and functional teams across Mosaic Health.
  • Influence without formal authority through credibility, collaboration, and exceptional follow-through.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a connector across the organization, helping leaders navigate complex issues and align around shared priorities.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $124,681.00 to $187,022.00.
  • The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
