Role Description

The project involves developing and implementing information management strategies and policies to ensure the secure and efficient handling of court information. The focus is on modernizing court information systems, including case management, e-filing, digital evidence, and courtroom technology to support judicial independence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT and information governance with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT and information security research.
• Understanding of judicial independence principles.

Requirements

• Develop and implement information management strategies and policies.
• Manage project, change, and strategic planning processes for IT goals.
• Represent judiciary interests in software and digital tool projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling judicial information.
• Collaborate with judiciary and court administration staff.
• Lead the modernization of court information systems.
