  • Strong understanding of material properties, characterization techniques, and failure analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques, including additive manufacturing and precision machining.
  • Experience with materials modeling and simulation tools.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or technical conference proceedings.
  • Demonstrated success in securing patents or contributing to intellectual property development.
  • Prior experience in consulting or providing technical advisory support to manufacturing.

Benefits

  • A culture of integrity.
  • An environment of trust.
