Role Description

The Casino Manager will own casino content management, game provider relationships, commercial performance and casino promotional activities. The role combines casino product expertise, provider negotiations and game performance analysis, with close collaboration with the Product, Content and Retention teams. The main objective is to optimise the casino offering, improve player engagement and conversion, and maximise the commercial contribution of casino content.

Key Responsibilities

• Casino Content & Lobby Management
  • Manage the game portfolio: game selection, lobby placement, categories and top-game sections.
  • Review game performance across brands, player segments and GEOs to surface relevant content and improve game discovery.
  • Coordinate new game releases, including launch timelines, content readiness and approval of releases to be promoted by the Retention and Content teams.
  • Develop and maintain the casino promotional calendar together with content managers and marketing teams.
  • Plan and analyse A/B tests for lobby layouts, game categories and recommendations.
  • Adapt the casino offering to local player preferences, market requirements, seasonal events and major holidays.
• Game Provider Relations & Commercial Negotiations
  • Manage direct relationships with game providers and coordinate communication through platform partners where direct relations are not applicable.
  • Negotiate provider commissions, revenue-share terms, commercial discounts and improved promotional conditions (bonuses, RTP, etc.).
  • Secure provider marketing support, exclusive releases and other campaign opportunities.
  • Coordinate tournaments, provider-funded promotions and streamer-related initiatives, including streamer balances where appropriate.
  • Explore opportunities to obtain additional exposure and traffic directly from providers.
• Casino Analytics & Profitability
  • Analyse game performance by provider, game type, GEO and player segment.
  • Monitor game-level RTP, actual hold, GGR, NGR and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Evaluate the commercial performance of casino promotions and specific games and providers.
  • Monitor content-related expenses, provider commissions and other costs.
• Product Coordination & Game Functionality
  • Work with the Platform teams to validate game integrations, content availability and correct game functionality.
  • Coordinate testing of casino bonuses and promotional mechanics, including free spins, jackpots and game-specific offers.
  • Identify and report integration issues, incorrect game configurations and content problems, and verify readiness before launch.
• Casino Promotions & Retention Performance
  • Work with CRM/Retention and Content teams on game-led promotions, tournaments, bonus campaigns and other casino engagement initiatives.
  • Evaluate the impact of promotions and bonuses on repeat deposits, player activity, GGR and NGR, and keep bonus costs efficient.
  • Analyse how game selection, lobby placement and promotional exposure influence deposit conversion and active gameplay.
  • Provide game and provider insights to support segmentation and personalised campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Casino Manager on the operator side, or in Casino Operations at an aggregator or platform with hands-on provider integrations.
• Experience with Tier-1 markets.
• Strong understanding of casino game portfolios, game providers, lobby management and promotional mechanics.
• Experience working directly with game providers or coordinating provider relationships through platform partners.
• Understanding of provider commercial models, including revenue share, commissions and promotional agreements.
• Ability to analyse game performance using RTP, hold, GGR and NGR.
• Experience working with Product, CRM, Retention or Content teams on casino promotions and game launches.
• Working proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Experience managing casino content across multiple brands, GEOs or licensed markets.
• Experience negotiating improved provider terms, exclusive releases, promotional traffic or provider-funded campaigns.
• Experience with lobby personalisation, recommendation systems and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with casino platform back offices, game aggregation systems and provider reporting.
• Experience evaluating bonus efficiency and the impact of casino promotions on repeat deposits and NGR.
• Experience coordinating tournaments, jackpot campaigns, free-spin promotions or streamer activities.
