[Hiring] Case Manager @PRO QC international

Role Description

PRO QC International is seeking a seasoned Case Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing, tracking and solving a variety of cases to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. They will act as the primary point of contact for parties involved in cases, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive case resolution.

• Be the primary point of contact through each case’s lifecycle, from initial intake through resolution.
• Regularly review and monitor cases by using analytical abilities and data reporting tools.
• Work closely with team members and departments to establish effective case management strategies.
• Defuse any conflicts or complications that may arise in the case process, identifying solutions that ensure minimal disruption.
• Effectively manage detailed case logs, documenting interactions and resolutions to ensure seamless case management.
• Train team members on all aspects of case management to facilitate uniform understanding and approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience as a Case Manager or in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with case management software.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
