Role Description

We are currently seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer to join our team.

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Application Support professional to provide production support for Revenue Cycle applications and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Revenue Cycle applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Manage tickets and support queues through ServiceNow.
• Support Revenue Cycle workflows including patient access, billing, claims, payments, and denials.
• Coordinate with client SMEs, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in go-live, hypercare, major incidents, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Healthcare Revenue Cycle application support experience.
• 5+ years strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• 5+ years ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
• 5+ years understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
• 5+ years strong communication and client-facing skills.
• 5+ years ability to support US business hours/on-call as required.
