What You’ll Do

• Interpret conversations accurately and completely between Cantonese and English.
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality during assignments.
• Listen attentively and communicate information clearly.
• Follow professional standards and company procedures.
• Prepare for assignments and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
• The ability to convey information accurately in both languages.
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Availability to meet the position’s scheduling requirements.
• Previous interpreting experience is NOT required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, education, or other communication-focused roles may be helpful.

Requirements

• Employment Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Compensation: USD $9.00 per hour logged in.
• Payment Terms: Net 10 (NET10).

Benefits

• Full-time: 9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Part-time: 4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Days Off: 2 days per week.
• Shift Availability: Overnight shifts.
• Time Zones: Schedules will align with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Paid Training Program: 3 weeks of paid training.
• Mandatory Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
• Transition to Live Operations: Week 4, upon successful completion of training.
