  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze procurement issues, identify potential risks, and develop practical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and effectively use procurement, purchasing, and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Ability to meet any U.S. Person requirements applicable to the position or programs supported.

Requirements

  • Manage assigned procurement requirements from receipt through purchase order award, administration, and closeout, as applicable.
  • Partner with program teams and internal customers to understand purchasing requirements, priorities, and delivery needs.
  • Develop and issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) and other supplier solicitations.
  • Identify and engage qualified suppliers and pursue competitive sourcing opportunities whenever practicable.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and proposals for price, delivery, terms and conditions, and other business considerations.

  • You’ll work alongside experienced procurement professionals while building skills that can support continued growth within Procurement, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, and other areas of the organization.
  • Bring your curiosity, business judgment, and drive to grow—we’ll provide the opportunity to put them to work.
  • If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it.
