Role Description

Digineox is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to support the operational systems our clients rely on every day, including terminal management systems and digital workplace applications. You will investigate issues, keep users informed and improve workflows, owning support requests from intake to resolution.

• Investigate application, workflow, configuration and data issues; resolve them or escalate to the right team.
• Manage tickets, priorities and customer updates against agreed service levels.
• Analyze recurring problems and recommend process and system improvements.
• Clarify enhancement requests and coordinate small changes through completion.
• Test fixes and updates, maintain support documentation and train users.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business application support or systems analyst experience.
• Experience supporting terminal management systems, digital workplace or field worker applications, or similar operational systems.
• Structured troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand business processes and user needs.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Freshdesk.
• Clear written and spoken English and availability for a US business-hours schedule, with occasional rotating after-hours support for priority issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Honeywell Terminal Manager, Coupa, Hexagon EAM, SAP or NetSuite.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Basic SQL and integration troubleshooting.
