Role Description

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst for our Corporate Office. This is a remote position.

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the proper use and support of the corporate business systems, such as QAD ERP, for all Hood locations. Responsibilities include:

• Enable continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
• Ensure systems meet and/or exceed functional requirements.
• Build strong relationships with our user base to fully understand the business processes.
• Identify areas of improvement through the use of technology.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Proficiency in QAD ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
