This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet complex business and compliance requirements across global regions.

The ideal candidate combines functional expertise with hands-on configuration skills and excels at translating complex leave, accrual, and time policies into scalable systems. This role plays a vital part in delivering tailored absence and time strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistent, high-quality solutions.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Having experience as the Business Analyst for Oracle Absence Management and Time & Labor, supporting global workforce requirements.
• Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce scheduling modules.
• Translating complex leave, accrual, pay, and pay policies into effective system configurations and business rules.
• Collaborating with technical teams and QA to ensure accurate testing, validation, and successful deployments.
• Supporting end-to-end SDLC activities, including design, build, testing, go-live, and support.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst supporting Oracle Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce.
• Experience in translating complex business policies into scalable, compliant systems.
• IT Business Analysis skills, including stakeholder collaboration, functional documentation, and solution design.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advanced negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving, task management, and prioritization skills.
