Role Description

Your role as Business Support involves helping your colleagues in the execution of plans or team objectives by providing administrative and secretarial support.

  • Performs a large variety of administrative support services including order processing, product registration, customers bonus and cooperation contracts
  • Provides high level of service especially around trial process, consignment stock control and life without limitation program
  • Organizing events, meetings and conferences
  • Responsible for creating a large variety of documents and data management in a broad sense
  • Collects market information and relevant changes of local conditions
  • Carries out assigned projects
  • Supports marketing activities in cooperation with local PR agency and internal resources
  • National Reimbursement Fund report check and analysis preparation, official market data collection
  • Reimbursement support for customers

Qualifications

  • Vocational degree in a relevant field of education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or BC is a pré
