Role Description

We are looking for a strategic and driven Business Strategy Intern to join our team within the Business Development department. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a passion for strategic planning and problem-solving.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company's long-term business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the market.
• Support the creation of strategic presentations, reports, and business proposals for leadership review.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to assess the success of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and effective execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning workshops to contribute innovative solutions and ideas.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, market research, and business development strategies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with competitive analysis, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting methods.
• Knowledge of industry research methods and business strategy frameworks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Recruitment Process
