We are seeking an experienced Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) to drive operational excellence across sales, partner, revenue, and business process initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines business analysis expertise with sales operations, reporting, process improvement, and Microsoft ecosystem experience.

The Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) will support strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by:

• Designing scalable business processes
• Developing operational reporting
• Improving sales and partner workflows
• Driving cross-functional planning initiatives

The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to optimize business performance through:

• Data-driven decision making
• Process automation
• Operational governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM Planning experience
• 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations experience
• 5+ years of Business Process Design and Process Improvement experience
• 5+ years of Business Systems Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and operational planning
• Experience working within Microsoft-centric environments

• Jira Service Management administration and reporting
