Role Description

• Administer tools managing client onboarding, subscriptions, payments.
• Provide first-level customer support and escalate issues as needed.
• Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handover of deliverables.
• Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure client tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with general admin tasks and communications.
