[Hiring] Business/Life Coach @CoCaptain

Role Description

As a CoCaptain Business Coach or Life Coach, you will meet with Clients via the CoCaptain platform for the purpose of conducting live (virtual) business or life coaching sessions. As a contractor, you will apply your unique method or pedagogy to ensure each session is effective and productive to achieve your Client's goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of coaching experience as a Business or Life Coach
• 5+ years of professional experience and demonstrated success in your respective field/industry
• An active and accredited coaching certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in the English language
• B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent
• Ability to coach with CoCaptain for a minimum of 2 hours per week
• Proficiency with computer software including video conferencing and scheduling applications
• Internet access with at least 2,500 Kbps upload and 2,500 Kbps download (ideally 8,000 Kbps for both to maintain good quality)
• A PC or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Updated versions of Google Chrome or Firefox or Safari
