Role Description

As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and designing the processes and systems that drive organizational success. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the current state of the business, identify customer requirements, and define a future state that aligns with strategic goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of business models with technology
• Synthesize complex information and research industry best practices
• Develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead discussions and communicate effectively across teams
• Leverage analytical frameworks to evaluate business models and processes
• Make data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Experience with tools and systems such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS, and other FMO systems
• Strong understanding of legacy interfaces and their modernization
• Background in leadership and proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
• Strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions
