Role Description

Seeking an experienced consultant to support a large-scale modernization and business testing initiative by transforming existing business process knowledge, journey documentation, testing assets, and operational information into structured, reusable, and measurable information models. The primary objective of this engagement is not to build reporting tools, create databases, or develop Power BI dashboards. Instead, the consultant will help the organization identify, organize, and structure the information needed to support:

• Test planning
• Test execution
• Coverage analysis
• Readiness measurement
• Future automation

This individual must excel at converting large amounts of complex business and testing information into practical frameworks that can be consistently maintained and used across the program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information modeling, business analysis, process improvement, business intelligence enablement, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
• Experience organizing complex business information into reusable frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify patterns, relationships, and dependencies across large sets of business information.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical structures that can be maintained by operational teams.

Benefits

• Compensation: $60/hr - $80/hr.
• Duration: 6 months +
