Role Description

This role involves assisting with various data-related tasks to support the operations of SEEKA Technologies.

Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets
Ensuring the integrity of data/information in MS Excel files
Conducting business research on selected topics of interest
Analyzing data for research and determining its impact on operations
Helping to create design concepts or prototype designs for the website and mobile app
Working with employees from other departments on specific tasks
Communicating problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director

Qualifications

Preferably from a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial oriented major
Have at least a CGPA of 2.80
Able to use Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype
Experience designing with Adobe XD or Photoshop is a bonus
Experience using Figma and/or Invision is a bonus
A passion for lean and mean operations is a bonus
Good basic knowledge and skills with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Project management skills and familiarity with tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana is a bonus
Good attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Able to organize data or information neatly
Good English proficiency
Able to communicate problems and solutions clearly
Some familiarity with foreign/international primary & secondary school curricula is a bonus
