[Hiring] BPS Vendor Management - LHB @Luminare Health

Role Description

Responsible for developing and managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship partner strategies for assigned vendors related to outsourced Business Process Services (BPS).

• Manages the selection, acquisition, and monitoring of contractual agreements for Business Operations for assigned vendors.
• Works closely with Business Operations Partners to understand their needs and serves as the central point of contact for purchases, deliveries, and challenges related to products and services.
• Articulates and negotiates service level agreements.
• Drives partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Supports measuring, monitoring, and adjusting support to achieve maximum value for the spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related experience working in Operations, with experience in a vendor relationship management and/or vendor relationship owner role.
• Proven history in vendor relationship management and/or vendor relationship ownership.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret vendor contracts.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally all requirements, contract redlines, and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Luminare Health staff and our vendors.
• Need to guide and drive Luminare Health staff on value maximization.
• Ability to understand, negotiate, and track committed contract spend for any given vendor contract we engage in.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25% - Domestic & International).
• This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live within the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI.
