Leland is seeking an experienced Blockchain & Crypto Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the Web3 industry. This role includes:

• Guiding clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals
• Helping clients understand smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Building practical skills needed for Web3 development roles
• Supporting clients on the career side, including:
  • Resume review
  • LinkedIn review
  • Cover letter guidance
  • Behavioral and technical interview preparation tailored to blockchain and crypto roles
• Providing additional support such as:
  • Networking strategy
  • Salary negotiation
  • Promotion strategy
  • Guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the space

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency (as a developer, founder, investor, or industry professional)
• A track record of skill building in emerging Web3 technologies
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
