[Hiring] Billing Supervisor @Ensemble Health Partners

Role Description

The Supervisor of Billing oversees all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates and is responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the department. The Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Monitoring associates' time and attendance
• Productivity and QA reviews
• Daily assigned workflows
• Ensuring associate education is provided
• Completing annual associate evaluations
• Meeting department objectives to facilitate compliant billing, improve revenue, accelerate cash, and reduce denials
• Monitoring all associates who support paper biller and electronic biller functions to ensure accuracy of claims submissions
• Working with multiple disciplines including Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and other Revenue Management departments
• Empowering staff to develop methods of process improvement

Essential Job Functions:

• Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department
• Manage the daily workflow of the department
• Hold huddles to cover new or evolving training focuses
• Oversee progress on the floor and monitor worked accounts for quality assurance
• Manage assigned associates' time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 Years of experience
• Excel knowledge is preferred
• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI

Requirements

• Can require air travel or car travel occasionally for new client integrations
• This is a remote position; candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require

This position pays between $52,100.00 - $65,125.00 based on experience.
