Role Description

Step into a mission-critical role at the intersection of Generative AI and life-saving technology. We are partnering with a titan of Japanese industry to revolutionise how medical and industrial equipment is managed in hospitals and facilities worldwide. You will be a founding member of a team building a sophisticated GenAI platform designed to provide instant, intelligent access to complex product knowledge - from assembly and configuration to intricate repair procedures. This project is in its infancy, offering you the unique "greenfield" opportunity.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate working between Japan and CEE based teams
• Ability to make decisions with a limited amount of information
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
• Self-reliant

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT project and management - best in the area of software development life cycle
• Understanding of software development methodologies and its implications to project deliverables
• Prior experience with process and people management
• Openness to work with Japanese culture

Job Responsibilities

• Technical communication bridge to strengthen communication between the team and clients
• Translation of client technical documentation
• Project requirements clarification with the client
• Creation of project documentation as part of deliverables
