Role Description
The Bid Coordinator is an integral part of our growing Global Pre Sales team. You are responsible for working internally with different teams and occasionally with external prospective clients. You will need to provide a technical and functional write-up for our suite of KYX platforms.
The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the “go-to” contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions, and you will be required to collaborate with internal teams, for example (and not limited to) HR, Security, Product, and Finance to provide the best responses for the business.
The Bid Coordinator plays a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses. Your performance will have a direct impact on the overall Sales and Account Management teams’ effectiveness in responding to an RFI / RFP. This is an opportunity to help grow our team and directly impact sales revenue and carve out your career at Jumio.
Jumio is on an upswing and aggressively hitting the market. We want serious players who can evangelize and make significant revenue contributions quickly.
- Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
- Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
- Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficient skills in Spanish
- 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Strong project management skills
Requirements
- Some familiarity with “know your customer” (KYC) compliance regulations and competitors
