Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

An early-stage UK B2B consultancy is seeking an experienced research-focused VA to identify organizations where there is a credible commercial reason to explore the company's management and workforce solutions. This is not a high-volume lead-generation role. The VA will:

• Carefully research target organizations.
• Identify relevant public signals.
• Locate appropriate senior decision-makers and access routes.
• Prepare concise, source-backed prospect briefs.

The goal is quality over volume: giving the client a smaller number of well-researched, actionable opportunities rather than a large generic prospect list.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• B2B market research, prospect research, or lead-intelligence experience required.
• Enterprise or mid-market research experience strongly preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn and web-research skills required.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred.
• HR, organizational development, consulting, or professional-services exposure is a plus.
• Apollo or similar prospect-research tool experience is a plus.
• Experience identifying and verifying professional/company email addresses and other appropriate access routes is preferred.
• Lead-generation experience is beneficial, but research quality and analytical ability are more important than high-volume prospecting.

• Able to turn complex research into concise, useful summaries.
• Highly detail-oriented and disciplined with source validation.
• Comfortable researching large organizations and senior leadership structures.
• Able to identify relevant decision-makers and locate reliable professional contact information through appropriate research and prospecting tools.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Hours may increase based on performance).
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing).
• Daily Working Time: UK time TBD.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client.
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
