Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Avaya Solution Architect with strong expertise in Avaya Red/Avaya Aura environments, Voice Architecture, PBX, and VoIP (Voice over IP) solutions within large enterprise environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of enterprise voice and contact center solutions while ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. This role requires close collaboration with architecture teams, business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable telecommunications solutions.

• Design and develop enterprise voice, PBX, and VoIP architecture solutions based on Avaya technologies.
• Lead the creation of architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution designs for voice platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet current and future operational requirements.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and integration of telecommunications and voice technology vendors and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Ensure voice solutions meet security, performance, availability, and service level requirements.
• Drive architectural governance and best practices across voice and communications platforms.
• Support project delivery from initial design through implementation and operational transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Avaya Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Avaya Red/Avaya Aura platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Voice Architecture, PBX systems, and VoIP technologies.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise telecommunications and unified communications solutions.
• Strong understanding of high availability, scalability, and operational support for voice infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with business leaders, architects, vendors, and project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• French language proficiency is mandatory. Only fully bilingual (French/English) candidates will be considered.

Preferred Background

• Telecommunications, contact center, unified communications, or enterprise voice infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise voice modernization and transformation initiatives.
