Role Description

Starte im Evaluation Quality Assurance Team und sei verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Verbesserung der Bewertungsqualität unseres AUTO1 Group Operations Departments. In dieser Abteilung vereinen wir operatives Denken mit strategischem Geschick und sorgen so für reibungslose Abläufe.

  • Ăśbernimm Verantwortung fĂĽr die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und technische Anfragen von Sonderfällen
  • Finde optimale Lösungen fĂĽr die Anfragen unserer Geschäftskunden und trage dadurch zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei
  • Kommuniziere regelmäßig mit anderen internen Abteilungen zu Schadenseinschätzungen
  • Bewältige Herausforderungen mit einem hohen qualitäts- und lösungsorientierten Ansatz
  • Sorge mit Deiner positiven Art und FeingefĂĽhl fĂĽr ein auĂźergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis

Qualifications

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Meister oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation (Gutachter, Sachverständiger)
  • Fundierte Kfz-Fachkenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Werkstatt oder Serviceberatung
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes MaĂź an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Erfahrungen mit DAT-Kostenaufstellungen sind ein Plus
