Role Description

The Workflow Automation Specialist is a remote role based in Spain reporting to Customer Care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Customer Care excellence by helping implement standardized best practices across the region.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.
• Work closely with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions.
• Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design.
• Help customers adopt scalable procurement approaches and define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration.
• Fluency in English, German, and Spanish.
• Multiple years of experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data‑driven, process‑oriented practices.
• Advanced proficiency with workflow, automation, and analytics tools, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and UIPath.

Requirements

• Ability to travel – 5% travel.
