As a Junior AU Loan Administrator, you will:

• Support brokers by interpreting lending policies
• Assist with loan structuring
• Manage product updates
• Ensure smooth loan processing
• Troubleshoot issues
• Provide operational support
• Build strong foundations in Australian mortgage administration

As a Mid-level AU Loan Administrator, you will:

• Play a more strategic support role by interpreting lending policies
• Manage loan workflows
• Guide brokers on deal structuring
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and seamless coordination throughout the mortgage process
• Become a trusted operational partner in delivering efficient lending outcomes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in residential lending (Junior AU Loan Administrator)
• At least 1 year of AU mortgage admin or credit support experience (Junior AU Loan Administrator)
• Hands-on experience in loan lodgement processes (Junior AU Loan Administrator)
• Proficient in ApplyOnline and CoreLogic valuation tools (Junior AU Loan Administrator)
• 2-3 years' experience in residential lending (Mid-level AU Loan Administrator)
• At least 1 year of AU mortgage admin or credit management experience (Mid-level AU Loan Administrator)
• Strong hands-on experience in loan lodgement processes (Mid-level AU Loan Administrator)
• Proficient in ApplyOnline and CoreLogic valuation tools (Mid-level AU Loan Administrator)
• Strong knowledge of AU lending policies, documentation, and loan structuring principles (Mid-level AU Loan Administrator)
