[Hiring] ATS Automation & Integrations Manager @Bizmoni Corp.

Role Description

Bizmoni is looking for a systems-focused ATS specialist to configure, automate, integrate, and continuously optimize our Manatal platform and recruitment technology ecosystem. This is a platform ownership role, not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition position.

You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure Manatal is leveraged to its full potential. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining systems administration, workflow automation, integration management, and process engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage automated recruitment workflows using Manatal.
• Partner with TA and HR teams to identify automation needs and process improvements.
• Configure Manatal features to optimize sourcing, screening, tracking, and reporting.
• Integrate Manatal with existing HR and business tools where applicable.
• Monitor system usage, performance metrics, and automation effectiveness.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members using Manatal.
• Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with recruitment automation trends and Manatal platform updates.

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years of experience in recruitment system(s) automation and integration, ideally with the Manatal ATS platform.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow design, data management, and system administration, preferably in FinTech or fast-growing startups.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate process gaps into automation solutions.
• Experience integrating HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

• Equity-First Compensation: Willingness to accept equity + commission as initial payment until we run the 2nd phase of our investments.

Compensation & Commitment

Bizmoni currently offers ONLY an equity-based compensation model, aligned with global startup practices that enable early contributors to participate in the company's potential long-term value creation. The role requires a flexible commitment of approximately 8–16 hours per week, with clear deliverables and results-driven accountability. Contributors may maintain a primary paid role alongside their engagement with Bizmoni. As Bizmoni is currently seed-stage, compensation is provided in company equity. Full terms and conditions will be discussed during the selection process and confirmed in the consulting agreement.
