Role Description

The Atlassian Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration and architecture of Atlassian products.

• New system implementation that requires support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT/Systems experience.
• 2+ years of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) system architecture and administration (ACP-SA Certification is desired).
• Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others).
• Strong communication, planning, and organization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Atlassian certifications (nice to have).
• Experience with add-ons: Tempo, Plans (nice to have).
• Experience with API integrations to other systems such as SNOW and Tricentis testing suite (nice to have).
