[Hiring] Associate Triage Analyst @Proofpoint

Role Description

Proofpoint’s People Centric Managed Services (PCMS) is looking for an Associate Triage Analyst to support alert triage and operational checks for supported systems. The Associate Triage Analyst (ATA) will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the monitoring of events for Proofpoint's PCMS customers.
• Escalating all necessary events to clients via approved escalation paths.
• Assisting customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from the security platforms.
• Assisting with the improvement of monitoring and alerting for Proofpoint PCMS clients.

Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), including participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis.

Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of client data.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data from within a large data set.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience working on a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
