[Hiring] Associate @Woven Health Collective

Role Description

Woven's Strategy team is looking for an Associate to join our Strategy and Innovation group – someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about working throughout the innovation process to bring new healthcare technologies and partnerships to life. You will be responsible for:

• Proactively supporting project delivery
• Researching and developing key deliverables and collateral for projects
• Supporting client and partner stakeholder relationships

This role requires very strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. It is critical to distill complex information into digestible presentations and insights that guide the solution strategy for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA) in a discipline related to business, engineering, technology, and/or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• A track record of success on consulting projects focused on innovation and future of health strategies to healthcare systems, life science companies, payers, med device companies, and/or technology companies
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, results-oriented approach, and a sense of urgency, creativity, and flexibility
• Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex problems into component parts, performing research, structuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting viable solutions
• Experience managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently, able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet clients’ needs
• Professional competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and quick learner of new software
• Willingness to travel as needed (anticipated up to 15%)
• Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US

• Researching and analyzing relevant industry problems/trends/challenges/unmet needs
• Building key insights and recommendations using structured frameworks
• Leading the creation of comprehensive project deliverables
• Proactively executing project activities to move the project forward
• Preparing materials and executing working sessions (e.g., interviews, workshops, presentations, client meetings)
• Supporting development and active management of day-to-day project stakeholders
• Contributing to company-wide initiatives and internal culture building initiatives
