Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with bookkeeping experience to support our property management operations. This role involves:

Performing bookkeeping tasks, including data entry in QuickBooks and Buildium.
Collecting and assigning rent payments using Buildium.
Analyzing receipts and tracking expenses for accurate financial reporting.
Assisting with maintenance coordination and scheduling.
Helping track and manage property budgets.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping (required).
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Buildium.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
