Role Description

The Assistant Manager at SLICK Response Services LTD is a critical role, supporting various aspects of service delivery and office management. • Assist in the day-to-day management of the office, including staff management, client servicing, and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the manager in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Assist in tracking and meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Help manage the company's budget, including tracking expenses and minimizing costs without compromising customer service quality.
• Act as an initial contact point for staff and clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service at all times.
• Participate in regular meetings, recording memos and minutes.
• Motivate and lead the team to reach their performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer support or service industry.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of management principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
