[Hiring] Assistant Director of Food and Beverage - Task Force Operations Team @Hilton

Role Description

This role involves leading specific hotels, departments, or teams as a member of the Task Force Operations Team. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, train, supervise, and schedule food and beverage staff/management, adhering to Hilton's service standards.
• Craft menus and develop strategies in alignment with market trends, executing promotional campaigns.
• Oversee food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional service by accommodating special requests.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal operations.
• Perform data analysis to guide strategic decisions aimed at maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and guest interaction.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations, including percentages.
• Ability to engage in various physical activities such as sitting, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage stressful situations during high-demand periods.
• Experience navigating moderately complex computer systems.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the hospitality industry's demands.
• At least 5 years of food & beverage operations management experience (preferred).
• Possess Food Service Sanitation certification and obtain an Alcohol Service Permit if required by the state. CPR certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Prioritize safety by using provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Supervise positions such as Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Beverage Manager, Banquet Manager, Banquet Beverage Manager, Executive Steward, and Room Service Manager.
