[Hiring] Assistant-Administrative PRN @IU Health

Role Description

This position is as-needed with no guaranteed schedule. It is fully remote and not benefits-eligible.

• Provide basic administrative and technical support to assigned leaders and teams.
• Ability to independently schedule appointments and answer incoming calls within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements

• Experience with Cerner or other EMR systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed or complex work environment.
